Mobile apps have emerged as a key driver of competition in the U.S. retail banking market. In JD Power’s recently released 2017 Retail Banking Satisfaction Study, mobile banking is the most satisfying interaction channel for consumers. As mobile financial services continue to evolve, providers need to understand how effective they are at meeting customers’ mobile needs and expectations and how their performance compares with competitors. Bob Neuhaus will share highlights from the results of the new J.D. Power 2017 U.S. Banking Mobile App Satisfaction Study and 2017 Mobile Credit Card App Satisfaction Study. The studies explore the adoption of and satisfaction with the features and content of leading financial institutions’ mobile apps and identify what drives best-in-class mobile app customer experience. As these studies will be published on June 7, Roundtable participants will be among the first in the industry to see the results.
